1. The support distribution list is dedicated to help other users with problems and douts in a cooperative and collaborative environment.

2. The respect to all distribution list users are essential.

3. Everything can be said in some many ways, so use an appropiate vocabulary without attacking anybody.

4. Constructive critics are welcomed, destructive ones are not.

5. If you don't respect any of these rules you can be banned without notification.
